WVNA-Brochure 2022In the fall of 1998 the West Valley Neighborhood Association created a site specific plan to revitalize the historic town site of Ustick and the adjacent retail area near the intersection of Five Mile Road and Ustick to create the West Valley’s own community center of businesses, workplaces and gathering places for neighbors to connect in this neighborhood community center.
